Uno de los mejores peces para hacer Sashimi o Tiritas. Carne Blanco con textura paracido al Atun.Mmmmmm yummi!!.
One of the best fish to make sashimi or Tiritas(Sashimi Mexi style). White meat with a similar texture as Tuna. Mmmmmm yummy!

Absolutely right Tyson. you win a plate of Wahoo Sashimi made by me. You just got to supply the Wahoo..! Preferably ove 50 lb. range!!!
